BEIJING, Aug. 8 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 jolted Central Alaska at 0450 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 62.43 degrees north latitude and 152.32 degrees west longitude. ■
