RIYADH, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) -- Saudi Arabia's national flag carrier Riyadh Air announced Thursday that it recently signed a distribution cooperation agreement with China's aviation information technology provider TravelSky Technology Limited to deepen cooperation and strengthen air connectivity between the two countries.
Under the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in areas including omni-channel distribution, modern airline retailing, digital innovation and future passenger experience.
The agreement will also support Riyadh Air's continued expansion of its international route network, including in China.
Vincent Coste, chief commercial officer of Riyadh Air, said China is one of the airline's most strategically important growth markets, adding that the partnership would provide travelers with a more personalized and seamless booking experience.
TravelSky Chairman Jiang Bo said his company looks forward to deepening cooperation with Riyadh Air, adding that the two companies will work together to develop a digital aviation ecosystem and promote new models of airline retailing and distribution. ■
