KIEV, July 30 (Xinhua) -- A series of explosions were heard in the Ukrainian capital on early Thursday amid a ballistic missile threat, the Ukrainian air force said.
The Kiev City Military Administration urged residents to seek shelters immediately and remain there until the danger is over. ■
