TEHRAN, July 25 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Foreign Ministry on Saturday condemned a Ukrainian attack on an Iranian merchant vessel in the Caspian Sea that killed one sailor and wounded another, calling the strike a "violation" of the UN Charter and an act of "aggression." ■
