WASHINGTON -- U.S. forces launched more strikes against Iranian military targets on Wednesday, according to the U.S. Central Command.
The latest airstrikes began at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, the command announced on X.

TEHRAN -- The Iranian army said its forces launched retaliatory drone strikes against U.S. bases and assets in Jordan, Bahrain and Kuwait on Wednesday.
In statements published on its website, the army said its forces hit buildings housing U.S. forces and U.S. equipment depots at the al-Azraq base in Jordan, and targeted large U.S. equipment depots and silos as well as heavy aircraft maintenance hangars at the Shaikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain. TEHRAN -- Iran's main military command, Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, on Wednesday warned that if the United States attacks Iranian infrastructure, Iran will block all oil exports from West Asia and target oil, gas, electricity, and economic infrastructure across the region, according to media reports.

NEW YORK -- Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores will go on trial starting on June 1, 2027, a U.S. judge ruled on Wednesday.
