The 2026 Hainan Island Carnival officially opened in Haikou, capital of south China's Hainan Province, on July 18. The month-long celebration features more than 50 themed events across the island's 18 cities and counties. From tropical attractions to local culture, the carnival invites visitors to experience the energy and charm of Hainan throughout the summer.■
