CHONGQING, July 17 (Xinhua) -- Seven of the people trapped after a landslide in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality have been rescued, local authorities confirmed on Friday.
The landslide occurred at about 9 a.m. Friday, burying an unspecified number of houses along a section of the Wujiang River in Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County. ■
