ABU DHABI, July 14 (Xinhua) -- ADNOC Logistics & Services, the shipping arm of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, confirmed on Tuesday that one seafarer was killed and several others injured after two crude oil tankers operated by the company were struck by projectiles while transiting the Strait of Hormuz.
The company said the vessels, Al Bahyah and Mombasa B, sustained significant damage in the attack and it is working with emergency responders and relevant authorities to assess the impact and support those affected.
The incident came amid heightened security concerns in the Gulf.
