BEIJING, July 8 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 jolted Sunda Strait, Indonesia at 1944 GMT on Tuesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 6.89 degrees south latitude and 105.05 degrees east longitude. ■
