Taiyuan in north China's Shanxi Province has launched its first smart reversible lane. With one button, a 45-meter movable barrier shifts into place in just 33 seconds, adding an extra lane for turns and U-turns.
Solar-powered and equipped with safety sensors, the system helps traffic move more smoothly and safely.
