DOHA, July 1 (Xinhua) -- Indirect talks between the United States and Iran are set to begin in Doha on Wednesday under Qatari mediation, as the two sides seek to ease tensions following recent military confrontation, an informed source told Xinhua.
The talks would be held behind closed doors and no direct meetings between the U.S. and Iranian delegations were scheduled. ■
