TEHRAN, June 30 (Xinhua) -- Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf said on Tuesday Iran will not enter negotiations with the United States on a final agreement unless certain provisions of a recently signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the two sides are implemented.
Qalibaf, also the top Iranian negotiator, made the remarks in an interview with state-run IRIB TV while stressing that it has been agreed that Iran, the United States and Lebanon set up a joint committee for the enforcement of the ceasefire and ending the war in Lebanon. ■
