BEIRUT, June 29 (Xinhua) -- Israel launched more attacks on southern Lebanon on Monday despite a recently signed Lebanon-Israel framework agreement, Lebanon's state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported.

An Israeli airstrike hit the area between the villages of Qantara and Deir Siriane in the eastern sector of the border region, and Israeli artillery shelling targeted the town of Haddatha in the Bint Jbeil district as well as the outskirts of Deir Siriane toward the Litani River, the NNA reported.

An Israeli drone dropped a stun grenade on the Ghassan Daher quarry along the road to Ibl al-Saqi, and another drone flew over the Zahrani area and nearby villages, it reported.

No casualties were immediately reported.

Earlier on Monday, the Israeli military said it struck three command centers, dismantled a launcher, and destroyed an underground tunnel of Hezbollah in southern Lebanon in response to alleged Hezbollah ceasefire violations.

Crossfire between Israel and Hezbollah has continued despite the U.S.-mediated framework agreement signed Friday.

The agreement includes a partial Israeli withdrawal from two areas in southern Lebanon.

Lebanon's Health Ministry said Monday that Israeli attacks since March 2 have killed 4,257 people in Lebanon and injured 12,196 others.
