HANOI, June 23 (Xinhua) -- Two people were killed and another injured in a motorcycle accident in Vietnam's capital Hanoi on Monday night, local media Tuoi Tre reported Tuesday.
The accident occurred at around 9 p.m. in Duong Noi Ward, where a motorcycle carrying three people veered onto a sidewalk, leaving two victims dead at the scene and another injured, according to the initial report.
Local authorities are investigating the cause of the incident. ■
