GENEVA, June 18 (Xinhua) -- The 10th edition of the 3x3 World Cup drew a record of over 100,000 visitors to the 3x3 Village throughout the week, FIBA announced on Thursday.

A total of 40 teams from 26 countries and regions gathered at the iconic Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, Poland as all seven evening sessions were sold out, driving 27,500 spectators attending games inside the "Arena 3x3" in the week.

"Throughout the week, the tournament staged a wide range of side tournaments and activations, including a fan festival, youth competitions, university tournaments, district championships, amateur events and commercial competitions," FIBA announced.

55 hours of television coverage in more than 30 territories and more than 150 million views across FIBA 3x3's social media platforms underline the popularity of the sport, FIBA claimed.

Warsaw also marked the debut of DUNK MANIA, a new team-based dunk competition, when Team Grabo, captained by hometown hero Piotr "Grabo" Grabowski and featuring Chen "Dunk King" Deng Xing and Dmitry "Smoove" Krivenko, beat Team Joel.

Latvia won the men's title and the United States lifted the women's trophy at the 2026 FIBA 3x3 World Cup on June 1-7.
