WASHINGTON, June 12 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. military has "downed" several Iranian drones targeting commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) said late Friday.
"Iran launched multiple one-way attack drones in an attempt to strike commercial ships transiting the Strait of Hormuz," CENTCOM posted on social media platform X. ■
