BEIJING, June 12 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted Vanuatu Islands at 2132 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 171.5 km, was initially determined to be at 18.91 degrees south latitude and 169.05 degrees east longitude. ■
