NAIROBI, June 10 (Xinhua) -- The fifth edition of the Nairobi City Marathon concluded on a high note on June 7, 2026. Over 17,000 elite and amateur runners from 75 countries and regions participated in the event, running along the Chinese-built 27.1-kilometer Nairobi Expressway.
