CHENGDU, June 5 (Xinhua) -- This year marks the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Long March, the historic military maneuver in modern Chinese history. 

Located in Luding County, southwest China's Sichuan Province, Luding Bridge was the location of an important event in the Long March.

In recent years, Luding County has leveraged its red heritage to attract numerous visitors to commemorate the Long March. The county has vigorously developed rural tourism, promoting the integration of agriculture, culture and tourism to offer diversified experiences for visitors. 

In 2025, the county witnessed over 5.73 million tourist trips, generating a total tourism revenue of 6.3 billion yuan (about 929.9 million U.S. dollars).
