LOS ANGELES, May 28 (Xinhua) -- Blue Origin's New Glenn rocket exploded on the launch pad during a test at Cape Canaveral, Florida, U.S. media reported Thursday.
"We experienced an anomaly during today's hotfire test," the company said later in a brief statement posted to X, adding that "all personnel have been accounted for."
Jeff Bezos, owner of the company, said on X that "it's too early to know the root cause" but his team is "working to find it." ■
