BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, May 26 (Xinhua) -- The Authority for Infocommunications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) said the Brunei TechXplore program enables participants to adapt to a more dynamic and competitive working environment while enhancing their employability, adaptability, and global exposure.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the TechXplore Digital Apprenticeship Program on Tuesday, held near the capital, Haji Jailani Buntar, chief executive of AITI, emphasized the program's alignment with Brunei's digital transformation agenda and ongoing efforts to strengthen local digital talent development in line with Brunei Vision 2035.
The TechXplore Digital Apprenticeship Program is an AITI initiative designed to provide local ICT graduates with international exposure and hands-on industry experience, helping strengthen their technical and professional skills to meet the growing demands of the digital economy.
The program also aims to equip participants with practical industry knowledge and broader professional experience to enhance workforce readiness in the rapidly evolving technology sector. ■
