PHNOM PENH, May 21 (Xinhua) -- Cambodia and Australia on Thursday launched a partnership for climate resilience.
Climate change is increasingly affecting Cambodia's water systems, agriculture, livelihoods and communities, said a joint press release at the launching event, adding that strengthened water governance is critical to improving resilience to floods, droughts and changing climate conditions.
Through the program, Australia will help Cambodia to strengthen water governance systems and improve climate resilience. ■
