BEIJING, May 19 (Xinhua) -- The 79th World Health Assembly (WHA) decided once again not to include in its agenda a so-called Taiwan-related proposal, which fully shows that the international community's support for the one-China principle is unshakable, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson said on Tuesday.
Spokesperson Guo Jiakun made the remarks at a regular news briefing when answering a relevant question.
Guo said that the WHA has rejected such a Taiwan-related proposal for the 10th consecutive year, which fully demonstrates that the authority of UN General Assembly Resolution 2758 is indisputable, and the separatist stance of "Taiwan independence" by Taiwan's Democratic Progressive Party authorities is doomed to fail.
"The world has witnessed enough their political farce of seeking 'Taiwan independence.' China will achieve complete reunification, and Taiwan must return to the motherland," he said. ■
