CHANGSHA, May 19 (Xinhua) -- Torrential rains have left four people dead and one person missing in a county in central China's Hunan Province as of 6 p.m. Tuesday, local authorities said.
A total of 61,583 people in Shimen County have been affected by the latest round of rainfall, while 19,040 residents have been relocated to safety, the county emergency response and work safety committee said. ■
