BEIJING, May 16 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 jolted Leeward Islands at 1450 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 47.2 km, was initially determined to be at 17.33 degrees north latitude and 61.43 degrees west longitude. ■
