DALIAN, May 14 (Xinhua) -- No.1 soybean futures closed lower on Thursday in daytime trading at the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE).
The most active No.1 soybean contract for July 2026 delivery dipped 63 yuan (about 9.21 U.S. dollars) to close at 4,755 yuan per tonne.
On Thursday, the total trading volume of five listed No.1 soybean futures contracts on the exchange was 429,934 lots, with a turnover of about 20.62 billion yuan.
China is the world's largest soybean importer. ■
