KUALA LUMPUR, May 13 (Xinhua) -- Malaysian authorities recovered three more bodies on Wednesday following the sinking of a boat carrying undocumented migrants in the territorial waters in Perak state.
The bodies of three women were recovered, a marine police officer told Bernama.
Four bodies were found on Tuesday, bringing the total deaths to seven.
A boat carrying 37 undocumented migrants that departed Indonesia on May 9 sank off Pangkor Island on Malaysia's west coast, the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency said, adding that 23 survivors were rescued on May 11.
Authorities were still searching for the remaining seven victims. ■
