JERUSALEM, May 7 (Xinhua) -- A third round of diplomatic talks between Israel and Lebanon would resume on May 14 in Washington, an Israeli government official told Xinhua.
The negotiations would be held on May 14 and May 15, the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity.
The Israeli and Lebanese ambassadors met on April 14 and April for the two previous U.S.-mediated talks, marking the highest-level direct diplomatic talks between Israel and Lebanon since 1993. ■
