BEIJING, May 7 (Xinhua) -- Global oil prices fell more than 5 percent on Thursday, with Brent North Sea crude dropping 5.1 percent to 96.06 U.S. dollars a barrel.
The main U.S. contract, West Texas Intermediate, lost 5.5 percent to 89.87 dollars. ■
