KABUL -- A total of 34 persons were injured as the roof of a house collapsed during a wedding party in eastern Afghanistan's Kunar province on Monday, a statement of the provincial government said Tuesday.
A wedding party was underway in Chapa Dara district when the roof of a house caved in, leaving 34 persons including men, women and children injured, the statement said, citing Abdul Mabin Maftoon, the head of National Disaster Management Authority in the province as saying. SEOUL -- South Korea said Tuesday it was reviewing a U.S. proposal related to the Strait of Hormuz, taking into account principles such as freedom of navigation, according to the foreign ministry.

ISLAMABAD -- Fifteen crew members of the Iranian vessel Touska seized by the United States were handed over to Iranian authorities at a border crossing point in Gwadar district of Pakistan's southwestern Balochistan province on Monday, officials told Xinhua.
