TEHRAN, April 27 (Xinhua) -- Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi said Monday that the U.S. "destructive habits," especially its insistence on unreasonable demands, frequent changes of positions, threatening rhetoric and continuous breach of promises, are factors slowing down the progress of diplomacy.

Writing on Telegram, Araghchi said he made the remarks in his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which was also attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. ■
