BEIRUT -- Hezbollah's leader Naim Qassem said on Saturday the ceasefire with Israel must mean a complete halt to aggression, warning the group will retaliate against Israeli violations in southern Lebanon.
"There is no ceasefire from one side only," Qassem said in a statement, adding that Hezbollah fighters "will respond to violations of aggression accordingly." (Lebanon-Hezbollah-Ceasefire)

TEHRAN -- Iran's Supreme National Security Council said on Saturday the country is determined to exercise control and supervision over traffic through the Strait of Hormuz until the war is definitively ended and a lasting peace is achieved in the region.
The statement, reported by Iranian media, came after Iran's main military command, Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, announced earlier in the day the resumption of strict control over the Strait of Hormuz, citing the continuation of U.S. naval blockade against Iran. GAZA -- The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) announced Saturday that it has suspended its operations at a water station east of Gaza City after the Israeli army killed two drivers contracted by the organization.
In a press statement, the organization said "UNICEF is outraged by the killing of two drivers of trucks contracted by UNICEF to provide clean water to families in the Gaza Strip." (Gaza-UNICEF-Operation Suspension)

TRIPOLI -- Libya's Emergency Medicine and Support Center said Saturday that it retrieved 17 bodies of irregular migrants from the shores of the western city of Zwara and nearby areas.
