GAZA, April 14 (Xinhua) -- Hamas-run media office said on Tuesday that the Israeli army has committed 2,400 violations, resulting in 754 Palestinians deaths and 2,100 injuries, six months after the ceasefire in Gaza took effect.

In a statement, the office said that from Oct. 10, 2025, when the ceasefire began, to April 14, 2026, the Israeli army has committed "serious violations of the agreement, constituting a blatant breach of international humanitarian law and a deliberate undermining of the essence of the ceasefire and the provisions of the attached humanitarian protocol." During this period, the Israeli army also arrested 50 people, added the statement.

Regarding the operation at the Rafah border crossing, the office said that only 2,703 travelers crossed the border in both directions since its reopening in February, far below the expected 36,800.

Concerning the humanitarian aid, the office reported that during the same period, 41,714 trucks carrying aid and fuel entered the Gaza Strip out of a total of 110,400 that were expected.

The media office also accused Israel of failing to withdraw from agreed lines, blocking infrastructure materials, heavy equipment for removing rubble and recovering bodies, aid and fuel trucks, tents, and mobile homes, and refusing to operate the power plant.

The office called on U.S. President Donald Trump, ceasefire sponsors, mediators and guarantors, and the international community to compel Israel to fully implement its obligations without exception.
