BANGKOK, April 10 (Xinhua) -- Thailand's domestic crude oil reserves are sufficient to meet demand for approximately 110 days, according to data from the country's energy ministry on Friday.
The ministry confirmed that as of Friday, Thailand's oil reserves remained strong, comprising 25 days of legally mandated reserves, 23 days of commercial reserves, 31 days of oil in transit, and 31 days of oil with confirmed supply arrangements.
As for diesel, the country's main transport and economic fuel, Thailand was able to produce 83.2 million liters per day as of April 8, with sales standing at around 64.7 million liters per day, indicating that production capacity remains above domestic demand. ■
