BEIRUT, April 9 (Xinhua) -- Lebanese Hezbollah lawmaker Ali Fayyad on Thursday urged the government to make a ceasefire a precondition for any further action, rejecting direct negotiations with Israel, Lebanon's National News Agency reported. ■
