BEIRUT, April 9 (Xinhua) -- Lebanon observed Thursday, April 9, as a national day of mourning for the victims and injured in the Israeli attacks across the country on Wednesday.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday that strikes in Lebanon against Hezbollah will continue.
The Israeli strike on Wednesday has killed at least 254 people and injured 1,165 others, with densely populated neighborhoods in the capital, Beirut, among the hardest hit.
