KABUL, April 9 (Xinhua) -- Afghan security forces discovered and seized 13 pieces of pistols and narcotics in eastern Afghanistan's Nangarhar province on Thursday, a statement of the national army stationed in the region said.
The contraband, which included 13 stock pistols and some illegal drugs of opium type, was discovered and confiscated from different parts of the province, the statement said.
Without providing more details, the statement added that no one has the right to carry or keep unauthorized arms and ammunition. ■
