LIMA, April 6 (Xinhua) -- Veteran defenders Carlos Zambrano and Miguel Trauco have joined Sport Boys as free agents, the Peruvian club said on Monday.
The Peru internationals had been out of work since parting ways with Alianza Lima in January.
"Carlos Zambrano and Miguel Trauco will wear our colors for the entire 2026 season," the Lima-based club said in a statement.
Sport Boys is currently 16th in Peru's top flight standings with eight points from nine games so far this season.
Zambrano and Trauco are expected to make their debut for the club in a home clash against Melgar on April 14. ■
