MANILA -- Seven people were injured after a portion of the ceiling collapsed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in the Philippines' Metro Manila, around 10:43 a.m. Friday, local media reported.

PHNOM PENH -- The Senate of Cambodia on Friday gave final approval to a new law on combating online scams, which will carry up to 30 years' imprisonment or life imprisonment for scam bosses.
