BEIJING, April 1 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted Santa Cruz Islands Region at 2156 GMT on Tuesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 645 km, was initially determined to be at 12.72 degrees south latitude and 169.21 degrees east longitude. ■
