KABUL, April 1 (Xinhua) -- Police have unearthed a drug-processing laboratory in Nimroz province, western Afghanistan, provincial police spokesman Mawlawi Gul Mohammad Qudrat said Wednesday.
Acting on a tip-off, police raided an area in Dilaram district on Tuesday and, in addition to discovering and smashing the lab, also found a huge quantity of illicit objects from the site, the official said. ■
