TASHKENT, March 31 (Xinhua) -- Uzbekistan's foreign trade turnover reached 11.6 billion U.S. dollars in the first two months of 2026, representing a 7.1 percent increase compared to the same period last year, according to the latest data released by the country's National Statistics Committee on Monday.
Official data showed that from January to February, the country's exports totaled around 3.55 billion dollars, while imports amounted to around 8.06 billion dollars.
During the first two months, China, Russia and Kazakhstan remained among the country's top trading partners. Trade with Russia reached 1.7 billion dollars, accounting for 14.6 percent of the total turnover, while trade with Kazakhstan stood at 602.5 million dollars, representing 5.2 percent. Other major partners included Türkiye and South Korea. ■
