BANGKOK, March 30 (Xinhua) -- Thailand's Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said on Monday that a list of new cabinet members for the incoming government has been finalized and will be processed for royal endorsement.

Speaking to reporters after a meeting with various agencies to review the qualifications of 35 prospective ministers, Anutin said the cabinet lineup for his second term is in hand and ready to be submitted with royal consideration on the same day.

He noted that once royal approval is granted and oath-taking is completed, the government is set to deliver its policy statement to parliament immediately, a final step required before a new administration can officially take office.

Anutin's Bhumjaithai Party has previously announced its alliance with the third-place election finisher, the Pheu Thai Party, and other small groups to form a coalition government that would command a total of around 290 seats in the House of Representatives.
