BEIJING, March 30 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 jolted Northern Mid-Atlantic Ridge at 1443 GMT on Monday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 24.00 degrees north latitude and 45.78 degrees west longitude. ■
