BEIJING, March 27 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 jolted northwestern Kashmir at 2102 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 36.60 degrees north latitude and 74.57 degrees east longitude. ■
