BEIJING, March 27 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted off the east coast of Honshu, Japan, at 1956 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 39.43 degrees north latitude and 143.4 degrees east longitude. ■
