BRASILIA -- Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes on Tuesday authorized former President Jair Bolsonaro to serve his sentence under house arrest for 90 days to recover from bronchopneumonia.

NEW YORK -- Two people were killed Tuesday morning after a shooting near the Indian River County Main Library in Vero Beach in the U.S. state of Florida, police said.
