BEIJING, March 25 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted Mid-Indian Ridge at 2047 GMT on Tuesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 22.3 degrees south latitude and 69.17 degrees east longitude. ■
