BEIRUT, March 22 (Xinhua) -- More than 3,800 people have been killed or injured in ongoing Israeli strikes on Lebanon, the Health Ministry said on Sunday.
Since March 2, Israeli attacks have killed 1,029 people and injured 2,786 others, the ministry added. ■
