ANTANANARIVO -- At least 17 migrants have died in a boat incident off the Comoros, the country's Interior Minister Mohamed Ahmed Assoumani said on Thursday.

LILONGWE -- At least 13 people were killed and 35 others injured after heavy rains and floods hit Malawi between March 15 and 18, the country's Department of Disaster Management Affairs (DoDMA) said on Thursday.
